Hello everyone, I received an infringement notice in the mail yesterday, addressed to someone unknown to me, but to my address. The speeding offence was dated as 12th August,2009. The registration number also does not belong to me or anyone who has ever lived at my address. I’m not sure how to proceed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
