Hi I am looking for information on a few different quarries ( any help I would be appreciative )
A - Why would someone have to different locations to appear? One is Roma Street and the second is Ipswich.
B- If you attend court without a lawyer with the chargers of -
required to posses explosives, Dangerous operation of a vehicle, drive without due care and attention, driver of vehicle involved incident resulting in damage to property fail to report full particulars to police officer or nearest police station, fraud, possessing A schedule 1 or 2 dangerous drug where the quantity is less than schedule 3 , possessing anything ( not a syringe ) for use in connection with administration of drug.
The above has been adjourned three times with the defendant pleading for more time for legal representation - but this has not happened.
My question here is does this look like imprisonment ?
Again any help on this would help me as the defendant is erratic I fear his behavior could harm someone.
