Hi, I am going mad and need some kind of answers that make sense.

My ex partner is in lockup for Avo breach . He is facing intimidation and other DV charges. The police told me they are withdrawing the charges and avo in court.. but then they tell me they found phone records to prove hes breached AVO more than once. Can police still charge him even though they've said they are withdrawing the charges??
