My husband and brother-in-law are joint tenants in several properties.

My question is, if my husband and I divorce, do I have any rights to his share of the properties (property settlement)?

No, the land titles state that they are joint tenants. Meaning that if one of them was to die the other would get the lot. You cannot will your half to a beneficiary.
I was wondering the scenario with divorce??
