QLD How to obtain guardianship

so I have a child in my care since she was 18months and is now 7 years there was an IPA (child safety) done I think way back in January 2018, the child’s mother has very very little do with the said child, and child’s father has absolutely nothing to with said child. My question is how can I obtain guardianship of said child. What channels do I go through

Be aware that once you involve the Government, decisions will be taken out of your hands and you could end up losing the child if they think you are not a suitable person.
