I recently moved to Victoria after the passing of my wife in 2016.
On Friday, 16th April, I went to a Solicitor's office in Forest Hill and made out a new Will.
I signed this Will in front of the Solicitor & he signed it as a witness to my signature.
I was told that my new Will would be sent to me the following Monday. (19/4/21)
I needed a copy of my Will before 3/5/21 as my Daughter was visiting me from NSW.
Several requests have been sent for a copy of my Will, but as yet, Monday 10/5/21, I haven't received anything.
Would it be worth going to another Solicitor & having a new Will written again or is there a way to get some communication from this Solicitor.
