Any suggestions as to how I can find my fathers will. All I know is where and when he died. I do not know the executor and cannot get any information from his family in queensland.

There is no official register of wills. I suggest doing the following:
1. Searching the Supreme Court records to see if there has been an application for Probate: Party search Put his name in the 'party details' part. This will tell you if the application has been made, who made it, and when.
2. Contacting solicitors in the area and asking.
3. Contacting the Public Trustee.
