I lived with my grandmother for 18 years until she suddenly passed away in May this year. She passed with no will. Before she passed away, there was a verbal agreement in place that I owned her car and then paid it off as I could. I was in the middle of this when she passed. My uncle has taken the car and is going to sell it.

As I was paying off the car and I have bank statements proving this, is there any possible way that I am still entitled to the car before my uncle sells it?
