My Golf Club charges me $200 pa to store my golf buggy in a lockable shed. By charging me do they then have a responsibility for its safe keeping against fire & theft under insurance law?

Hi Roger,

Did you agree to any terms and conditions with the manager of the shed? Generally, most storage services disclaim any liability for loss or damage.

I agree with @Sarah J.
Whatever the wording, it will probably be a case of "all care but no responsibility".
