What are the laws around Gazetted roads on private property? I work in a facility on private land but it has Gazetted roads through it and during the night can get lots of mischief makers in their vehicles driving around. Have been told security can ask them to leave and if caught again then they notify the police. I'd just like some clarity on the subject/law.
