QLD Family Law - Subpoena Police Checks - What are Our Rights?

Hi,

Just wondering if you can help about a subpoena about police checks. Do we have the right to refuse to it and if not, who has the right to see the results? Do we have any legal rights of others seeing the results expect for the judge as our son is going for weekends with his 5-year-old son? Our son lives in family home. The child's lawyer is requesting the subpoena.

Who is the subpoena addressed to? And what is required by the subopoena? your attendance or production of documents? If so which?
