Hello,

I wonder if anyone had thoughts on my situation. I was wondering if it was possible, if agreement was met with my ex, to change a parenting order?

My daughter is only a year old and conceived through IVF as I cannot father children. I have been granted minimal access after our separation and only seen her at birth.

I'm one of the good guys who has not fought anything - just wanting the best for my daughter. I think, given my work commitments and time out of the country, it may be best to let her grow up with no confusion and live a normal life without me - given I am not her biological father and I don't even know what she looks like now

I'm not being mean, just realistic and understanding.

So, is it possible to reverse the decision under family law.

Many thanks

Ok, so you failed to mention the single most important point.... What are the current orders that you want changed?
