I am a SRL in the Federal Circuit Court. The material I have obtained through FOI and subpoena show the expert for the other side has been untruthful - in a huge way - a "Marcus Enfield" sort of way. At pre trial the Judge told me experts do not tell untruths. The evidence is clear that untruths have been told and perjury has been committed. Will the judge examine the evidence in an impartial manner?

Any inconsistent information would come out under cross examination. Consult your lawyer in regards to what you suggest is untrue. They would focus on this in the cross examination.
