My father passed one of his properties over to myself and the other to my brother .I didnt have to sign no contracts or agreements with the transfer.That was 20 years ago .my dad has just passed away and we are waiting on the reading of the will.The land is still in my name but dads property is still on my place . Could the will affect the land ownership after 20 years.
