I am beneficiary of my fathers will who passed 12 months ago my 3 siblings are executors...
they refused to do administration his estate as they said they wanted to wait until our mother passed because of some joint properties
So my mother has just passed & my brother executor has told me Mum's executor is her lawyer

Mums executer lawyer... was very quick to send me a copy of Dads will within 10 days of him passing away...
i'm wondering when i should ask for a copy of my mothers will... as i am very anxious considering i've been kept at bay for the last 12 months with dads estate

Yes, why not? As described to you you'll get a copy as a beneficiary. You should ask to that lawyer for a copy. Thanks!
