It has been six months since my father in law passed and we have requested information from the administrator of his estate (no probate on estate and she did not apply for probate even though she said she did we had to apply to the courts to find out) for either a letter or information on whereabouts the firearms are. My husband would like to apply for his share of the firearms (50% equal share with his brother)
We live on a rural property that we shared with our father in law and need them for our stock. We want to obtain a firearm license but can’t do so without this information. Please can someone help us with advice.
