QLD Ex-wife with Mental Health Issues Took the Kids - Recourse?

[Scared for my son]

The ex-wife recently left, taking both kids. She has a history of suicidal tenancies with a nearly successful attempt with only my stepdaughter at 5 years old in the house at the time and various admissions to mental health care facilities for depression and suicidal thoughts.

She now has my 9-year-old son with her and she is not stable. What do I do to help the kids?

Call the cops - go to the nearest police station and ask them to do a welfare check on wife and kids.
