WA Ex May be Using Drugs - What to Do?

I'm concerned my ex is using drugs. He has our son overnight once a fortnight and he comes home starving every time. I've just been told he lost his job, increasing my suspicion of drug use.

Can I go back to family court or find out why he was sacked cause if you make the accusation, I will be accused of trying to stop him from seeing my son.

No, my son is only 3 and not talking yet but the ex has become extremely thin. Very fidgety and erratic behaviour. Mood swings and now he has lost his job.

Bear in mind I only see him every fortnight for changeover but the mother of his other child has raised the same concerns.

Can i go back to court...

There are Court orders in relation to the child? From one if the Federal Family Courts? How long ago were they made?
