Ex Husband Bankrupt - Am I Liable to Pay Joint Account Balance?

Hi, my ex-husband has gone Bankrupt 5years ago. Now GE wants me to pay the outstanding balance of a Joint Account. Am I fully responsible for this after his bankruptcy?
