NSW Employment Law - Threatened with Dismissal?

My employer has just threatened to dismiss me from my role if I don't meet the sales targets. Part of my employment contract states that sales is one (but not the main) part of my role, but I don't believe there's anything in the contract regarding sales targets.

What options do I have under Employment Law?

No. I now believe the threat was an empty one, which would make this mostly hypothetical.
