I would like to know if I am entitled to represent my wife under employment law, subject to her written permission., in negotiations with her employer to secure her full workplace entitlements.

Please note Fair Work Australia have advised me about her entitlements but they are unable to tell me if I am entitled to represent her. The reason I wish to represent my wife is because she is not a fluent English language speaker and has no understanding of her entitlements.
