Is my daughter safe to see her father. He has shown some signs of using.

My son's father, whom had not tried to see his son for over a year, recently initiated court proceedings accusing me of being a drug addict! He was apparently so concerned, ( yet only requested to see child every second weekend) He asked that I undergo follicle testing, to which I agreed ( clean results) .
He had no evidence or proof of drug use on my behalf, apart from his own fabricated belief.
So in short, if there is a notice if risk filed, then yes.

Yes. I was ordered to do so by judge without any proof of ex's claims
