My ex partner made a complaint of Domestic Violence and the police made an application for a protection order to be put in place. i contested it.

Now my Question is about The statement on application. A report from a separate incident that i was the complainant, was put into the statement. Should i exhibit documents/witnesses to defend that separate incident report also? Considering it's being bought to the judge's attention in statement and the fact that the report is missing facts.

Hi air13,

I would gather and supply to the court as much information as you possibly can to prove your assertions.
