Divorce- Spouse visa with Australia citizen, property advise

Hi, I am Indonesian married to Australian for the past 11 months under Australia law. We both have been married before, and we have our property before marriage. If we want to divorce can one of us claim the property we own before the marriage? Any advise to protect the property that we own.

An eleven month marriage is not likely to see many assets change hands unless there was some unusual event that occured.
