Does Spousal Maintenance still exist for a disabled partner during divorce procedures?
I have googled but can not find it. Maybe the name has changed.

Yes there is still such a thing as maintenance. You can apply to the Family Court for maintenance if you are eligible. Check out the information on the Family Law Court website as per this link: Maintenance

yes. you have 1 year from the date of your divorce to lodge an application.
