NSW Discrimination Over Sick Leave?

    Can I get a written warning for calling in sick if I'm a permanent employee with sick leave accumulated? Is it discrimination under employment law?

    Depends on whether or not you followed company procedures eg reporting to employer by certain time, exceeded days without a doctors certificate etc.
