VIC Disability Support Pension - Impact of House Purchase?

Hi, my friend's on the Disability Support Pension and wants to buy a new house, although she's on title on her family house for 1/3.

Will she lose her Disability Support Pension if buys a new house? Or if she lives in the new house?
