VIC DHS (Human Services) - Guardianship to Secretary Order

DHS (Human Services) Child Protection have been granted a Guardianship to Secretary Order for my child. I have involvement with my daughter on a regular basis. How does my involvement longterm affect the situation with both DHS Child Protection and my child? Can I continue to be part of my child's life in the long term as she's growing up? My longterm goal is to put her up for adoption.
