If default judgement given against three defendants for single sum, can you enforce judgement for the total against one defandant? Or do you have apportionate the sum equally across the three defendant's? The judgement order just states judgement againt three defendants for the amount X. The relief claimed in the SOC was joint or several liability for gamages against the defendants.
