NSW Debt Recovery

Is thare any way a creditor in the UK can recover a debt owed by an Australian company. I believe they are based in Sydney.

You can bring a debt action in Australia - if the contract is Australian, and not subject to a choice of law clause that requires disputes be dealt with elsewhere
You can instruct a local lawyer in Sydney, even if you are overseas.
