    Hi there!
Somebody owes me $832 despite their commitment to repay, a Police Report, three verbal reminders plus Registered Post "friendly reminder" (unclaimed from Post Office).

The gap between the last "friendly reminder" and letter of demand was 21 days. I've done everything is in my power and they have no intention to repay.

    My question:
    1. Give this case to Debt Collectors Agency or look at NSW State Debt Recovery Office (SDRO). If yes, who takes on small cases?
    2. Take the case to my Local small case Court. How long take for whole process? I live in NSW.
    You answer is appreciated.
