My partner and I have hadhour belongings in a storage facility. We have never been given a key to our units, we have been double charged, tally up on invoices don't equal the grand total at the bottom. The storage company were the ones who moved our furniture onto the truck. When we have gone to collcol our things today most of our items are damaged. I have tried resolvinr the matter with the small business although they won't budge and refuse to sort the situation out.
