my partner and I share joint ownership of 2 properties - one in Melbourne and one in Langsborough.
the Langsborough property is clear of all mortgages etc and the one in Melbourne has an arrangement with HOMESIDE
question is - we would like to transfer ownership of the the Melbourne prop[erty to my partner with the HOMESIDE arrangement and the property in Lansborough to fully be owned by me -
How easy is it top do this and what would be the rough costs as it simply removing the joint ownerships to solo ownership
we are not seperating or divorcing - it is just that my partner spends most of her time in Melobourne and I spend all of my time in Langsborough
