I currently reside in a deceased estate with a brother who is on steroids and other medications. He continually acts aggressively toward myself and others, What is the best way to have him removed from the household? Should I take out an apprehended violence order or something????

Great way to start a family feud. How about trying to talk to him and asking him what the problem is? Tell him your concerns and ask him to curb his behaviours. IVO against your own family should be the last resort, not the first
