Hi I just bought a used car privately today. It was advertised on Facebook marketplace as a Hyundai Elektra HD SX and had a list of features ie: power steering, cruise control leather lining, leather steering wheel, ABS brakes, 6 speaker sound system, dual air bags etc. I went to inspect the car and the bloke was from a mechanics. The car was same colour as car advertised so I didn't notice it was a different variant until I got home and had a closer look. He let me drive it home, at night, knowing full well the dash didn't light up so was very dangerous. The car has a knocking sound as well. Is there anything I can do regarding the fact it was falsely advertised. The car he sold me is not worth as much as the one advertised either
