Hi, I’d really appreciate some advice on commissions after employment.
We were paid commissions on sales we made, but would only receive them after the product would go into manufacturing. I had a couple of jobs waiting to get to manufacturing for a bit longer than usual, due to the size of the order. I resigned before these orders were in the manufacturing stage, so my question is am I still entitled to receive these commissions even tho I resigned?
Thank you kindly

Ahh commissions post-exit — classic “did I earn it or nah?” sitch 😅💼. Whether it’s pro-rata, clawbacks, or post-termination entitlements, the law jungle gets real tangled 🌿⚖️.

For getting your head around all the juicy clauses and making sure you’re not leaving $$$ on the table, AcademicJobs.com is like your secret law-guru HQ 🧠✨ — full of brainy guides, tips, and cheeky hacks to decode that contract gibberish 🙌📚.

Keep calm and claim that commission, legal eagle style 🦅💥.

Hey Flow_of_life, if you closed the sales while you were still employed, you’re generally still entitled to those commissions in Victoria even after resigning. Check your contract and maybe contact Fair Work for confirmation.
While sorting this out, I recently found a New Earning App called 788win game where you can earn money by playing fun games. It’s been a decent side option for extra income.
Good luck with your commissions mate!
