Hi there,

1. Is the club incorporated or not?
2. Where is this 14 days notice requirement written? In the club's articles of association (if incorporated) or elsewhere? If elsewhere, where exactly?
3. In this document (containing the 14 days notice) is there an "irregularity clause" which means that if the procedure for calling meetings (and making decisions) is not met, but certain factors exist, the decision will be valid notwithstanding?
4. To clarify, are you trying to invalidate a decision that was made at the meeting, or just disputing the holding of the meeting? If the latter, why are you disputing the holding of this meeting (aside from the short notice)?
