QLD Claims After Property Settlement If No Divorce?

My partner and I have reached a financial and property settlement through lawyers without getting a divorce! Can the ex-partner go for another financial and property settlement sometime later if we do not get legally divorced under Family Law?

As long as you have either consent orders or a financial agreement in place (something documented in paper and signed) then the other party can't come back at some later time and request more.
