My wife was involved in a motor accident while driving my car. She was knocked from behind while stationary at a traffic light. As there is no insurance , the other driver agreed to pay for the damages. However, when contacted to request to pay, he is now ignoring the phone calls and messages. The costs to repair is approx. $1400.00. We have his drivers license details. How do I recover this from him?
