Hi I had a caveat on a house my husband brought behind my back with all our money.
he has since sold the house and his conveyancer sent me an email asking to give him the money at the time I said yes because I was just emotionally over the hurt this man has caused me.
Is this legal if I replied and said yes via an email ?
why hasn’t anyone from the land title contacted me ? Can I do anything about this ?
