NSW Caveat - Child Support

Hello, I am owed approximately 16K child support. The father used to pay but ceased approximately 1.5 years ago. There is a parenting order in place. He does not work and has not lodged at tax return for the last 12 years. I was curious as to whether I could place a Caveat on his house (we only ever spent a brief period of time together and I have no interest in his property. Thank you.

As above, you can only caveat a property that you have an interest in.
