Good evening Friends,

Is anyone aware of any Case Law examples under NSW legislation where successful or unsuccessful criminal prosecutions or civil litigation specifically as the result of breaches under the NSW Surveillance Devices Act?

Particularly, where it may relate to an employee making secret audio recordings of senior management making direct threats to that individuals employment and of management taking other detrimental action against the employee in the workplace.

Generally, are we aware of any Case Law where a person has prosecuted, incarcerated or fined for breaches of the 'Act'?

My gracious thanks, Friends.
