I have had a quote for a carport done by australian outdoor living in SA and I was asked whether I wanted a roller door with the carport which i said yes, we agreed on a price and i signed the contract. The form is very vague no dimensions or anything and there was no mention of a roller door. When asked where is the roller door they said they dont do them at all and all he meant was do you want a space for a roller door.
I called to cancel my contract then they threatened with keeping of deposit and chasing me up for completion of the carport. Don't I have a 5 day cooling off period? and can I say they were misleading in facts etc? Works to be over 15k
