Car Involved in Car Accident - Sell or Trade In?

Hello. Is it possible to trade in or sell a car under Australian Consumer Law that was written off? I bought a 2014 Polo and was involved in a car accident.

Yes, but you will need to make it clear to the buyer that the car has been written off and to what extent it is damaged.
