VIC Car Accident - New to Australia and Can't Afford to Pay

I had a car accident last month. Because I'm a new resident in Australia, my financial situation is not good so I can't pay the amount for the car of the second person. Kindly advise me what I should do. I really don't know from where I can get help.

If you are still having difficulties: who has invoiced you? Your insurance company or the insurance company of the person you ran into?
