Need more information.

How are the records being accessed? Police, subpoena, direct request, other?

And what is the relevance of the request to the proceeding?

1. Can they just ring up and get them? No.

2. Can they make an FOI on the Centrelink material?
As a private person, almost certainly no grounds.

3. Can any of it be subject to subpoena? Certainly.

Also, what @Rod said about relevance.
And no, you don't get access to just to go fishing.

Subpoena to the organisations.

They went Nsw ambulance records from unlawful arrest.

They want my medicare records.

They want my pharmeceutical benefit scheme records.

1. Will they get access to this information based on relevance or legitimate forensic purpose?

2. Do I have grounds to have subpoena set aside?

1. Has to be relevance.

2. No idea. If you are claiming you were injured, then possibly not, depending on scope of request. The subpoena request should be time bound in some way.

You may get more meaningful answers if you can explain who you're suing, and for what?
