WA Can Mandatory Prison Sentence Turn into Suspended Sentence under Criminal Law?

Hi, I'm wanting to know if a mandatory prison sentence under Criminal Law can at all be made into a suspended sentence by the magistrate?

Hi ric, Mandatory sentencing provisions also restrict judges from suspending the actual execution of a sentence just like they restrict the judge's power to suspend the imposition of the sentence.
