I wanted someone who is able to help me. I'm trying to find information regarding mental health of Aboriginal people with in New South Wales.
My question is if an aboriginal person with an intellectual disability or a mental health, over the age of 18 is sentence for a crime and is placed in prison even though that's this persons mental capability isn't 18. Is there a law out there that prevents a person with an intellectual disability. I'm going to prison due to the fact of their mental capability.
