My daughter was the victim of an incident that was witnessed by a 5 year old child and someone that was quite intoxicated at the time. Can either be used as a witness?

    Hi Bob,
Its unlikely that they would be the most reliable witnesses. Did you witness the incident yourself? Do you have any other evidence or information?
