VIC Burglary Whilst Blacked Out - What to Expect in Criminal Law?

Over the weekend I went out with a friend to a club in the city and ended up blacking out.

The last thing I can remember is ordering a cab to leave the club. The next thing after that, I was inside someone else's garage being arrested. I was just wondering what to expect in criminal law as the arresting officers did not know if the matter would go to court.

Just to mention, at the time of the interview, I did not know how or why I ended up where I was.

Being drunk/ under the influence and not remembering is not a get off crime free card. At the very least, you are up for trespass - just hope its nothing more..
